Information Collected while Using the Application

While using the Application, in order to provide features of the Application, We collect the following information:

• Information regarding your farm’s location 
• Product requirements
• Details pertaining to your farm
• Results/reports of services provided
• Order Payment Stats
• Farm details such as acres and crops.

We use this information to provide features of Our Application, to improve and customize the Application and the products and services offered. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a sub-contractor/Service Provider's server, or it may be simply stored on Your device.

As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of the Application, any and all data generated by way of use of the Application (raw and/or processed) is the intellectual property of the Company and will be utilized by the Company for any and all purposes it deems fit.

2. Data Processing Purposes

The personal data you provide, may be processed by us for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Application and services available on the Application;

• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Application.

The Data Controller is the management of the Company.
